If you have any offense on your criminal history,

the PSRB requires that your application be pending

until the sub-committee (which meets monthly)

has an opportunity to review your application or

your application may have to be reviewed by

the complete PSRB board.  Contact the PSRB for

more details.

You must submit the following for your certification:

• PSRB application,
•  application fees,
• training certificate,  and
• your criminal history to PSRB.

The PSRB does not send you any documentation

if you are approved,

you must check the website for your name,

certification number and expiration date.

You may not deliver papers until your name is on the list.
