As of July 28, 2016, PSN’s course has been approved to be the first and only online process serving webinar course.
Announcement
- Submit registration form
- Submit payment
- Email a copy of the attendees drivers license (photo ID) to: register@psntexas.com
- Attendee must have a computer with a webcam for attendance.
- Each webinar will be video recorded for JBCC security to ensure attendance.

If attendee leaves during a webinar, attendee will have to attend the entire webinar again.
Items Provided
After registration and payment have been received, a copy of the Serv’Em All Book & JBCC Book will be emailed for reference during the webinar.
Upon satisfactorily completing the course, 2 training certificates will be sent to your closest FedEx print location.
Schedule
Webinar Time
Time: 8 am to 5 pm CST
May login up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the webinar.
Once webinar begins, no late arrivals will be allowed.
Seating is limited for each webinar.
Requirements:
Computer to view webinar and take exam
Webcam for video and recording.
Please allot enough time to attend the entire webinar.
After registration, payment and copy of
drivers license have been received, an email will be
sent with the books attached (starting the Wednesday prior)
The webinar link will be emailed the
Friday afternoon prior to the class.
